Section 103(1) in The Appellate Tribunal for Energy Conservation (Procedure, Form, Fee and Record of Proceedings) Rules, 2012
(1)A register in Form XII shall be maintained in regard to Special Leave Petitions or appeals against the orders of the Appellate Tribunal to the Supreme Court and necessary entries therein be promptly made by the judicial branch.
