(1)The Executive Officer shall:(a)Carry out the day-to-day administration of the Municipal Council or Town Council.(b)Exercise the powers and perform the functions specifically conferred or imposed upon him by or under this Act and rules made thereunder.(c)Assign the duties and supervise and control the acts and proceeding of all Officers and employees of the Municipal Council or Town Council.(2)All Officers and employees of the Municipal Council or Town Council, as the case may be, shall be subordinate to the Executive Officer.
