(vii)to provide Regular and Distance Education programs in India & abroad through offline, online; correspondence and all modes of education (Learning Management System (LMS) / Computer Based Tutorials (CBT) etc.). Study Centers shall be opened to run Distance Education program in India and abroad, through any mode of technology assisted learning for academics, research and training in any field under blended learning pattern etc.;
