40.
(1)The University shall appoint such number of employees including academic staff as may sanctioned by the State Government from time to time. The terms and conditions of service of the employees of the University shall be such as may be prescribed.(2)The salaries and allowances payable to various categories of employees of the University shall be such as may be determined by the State Government from time to time.Chapter - X Miscellaneous and Transitory Provisions
