Section 18(2) in The National Welfare board for Seafarers Rules, 1963
(2)After the minutes are confirmed and signed by the Chairman or the Member who presided at the meeting they shall be recorded in Minutes"Book which shall be kept open for inspection of the members at all times during office hours of the Board.
