18. Minutes of Meetings.
(1)The minutes of the proceedings of the meeting of the Board shall be drawn up by the Secretary and circulated to all the members of the Board present in India and the minutes along with any amendments suggested shall be placed for confirmation at the next meeting of the Board.(2)After the minutes are confirmed and signed by the Chairman or the Member who presided at the meeting they shall be recorded in Minutes"Book which shall be kept open for inspection of the members at all times during office hours of the Board.
