Section 23(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce and Livestock Contract Farming and Services (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2019
(1)The produce under contract farming shall be covered under production linked agricultural insurance scheme in operation or such other scheme, as may be prescribed.
