1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003.(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [Enforced on 1.7.2003 vide G. O. Ms. No. 224, dated 1.7.2003.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
