Section 12(1) in The Orissa State Electricity (Supply) Rules, 1962
(1)There shall be an annual meeting of the Council to consider the annual financial statement of Board. The Council shall also meet to consider a supplementary statement when placed before it. The Council may submit a report to the State Government on any financial statement placed before it by the Board.
