Section 97(12) in Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
(12)The screen shall be so constructed as to with stand wind velocity of 160 kilometres per hour or a pressure of 120 kilograms per square metre. The screen shall, be inclined slightly forward. The maximum inclination shall be 8 degree with vertical axis.
