Section 15(1) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(1)The Finance Officer shall be whole time officer of the University appointed by the Executive Council from out of a panel of three officers obtained from the Government and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed under this Act.
