Section 5(1) in Punjab Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Players (Regulation) Rules, 1989
(1)A licence to be granted under these rules shall be either for a fixed period of three years or a temporary licence for a period not exceeding three months at a time but not exceeding six months in aggregate in a calendar year.
