Section 13(3) in The Chennai Corporation Servants Conduct Rules, 1968
(3)Nothing in this rule shall apply to-(a)evidence given at an enquiry before an authority appointed by the Government, or by Parliament or by a State Legislature ; or(b)evidence given in any judicial inquiry; or(c)evidence given at any departmental inquiry ordered by the head of the department or the Government.
