Section 6(1) in The Bihar Minimum Wages Rules, 1951
(1)The State Government may appoint a Secretary to the Committee, [* *] [Words 'Advisory Committee' omitted by No. VIM3-1022/5-L-19583 dated 22.11.1958.] or the Board and such other staff as it may think necessary and may fix the salaries and allowances payable to them and specify their conditions of service.
