Section 12(1) in Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1998
(1)The Commission may delegate its functions to Officers on terms and conditions the Commission may specify for the purpose, including functions that may be required by these Regulations to be exercised by the Secretary.
