Section 14(3)(d) in The U.P. Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011

(d)additional financial requirement over the three years period, yearwise, in respect of Clauses (b) and (c), including additional requirement of free textbooks for children and for providing special training facility to children admitted in age appropriate class and any other additional financial requirement for fulfiling the responsibilities of the school under the Act.
