Pursuant to the direction given by this court the School Service Commission has filed one affidavit- in-opposition affirmed on 10th March, 2021 which was also served upon the petitioner in the month of March, 2021 as has been submitted by Dr. Patra, learned advocate for the School Service Commission.
Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that this is a transferred brief and some more time is required to give reply to this affidavit-in-opposition.
I extend the time to file affidavit-in-reply by two weeks from date.
