13. Method of awarding compensation to inamdar.-
(1)An inamdarentitled to compensation under section 11 or a person entitled to compensation under section 12 may, in the prescribed form, and within the prescribed period, make an application to the Collector for determining the amount of compensation payable to him under section 11 or section 12.(2)On receipt of an application under sub-section (1), the Collector shall, after making an inquiry in the prescribed manner, make an award determining the amount of compensation. Where there are co-sharers claiming compensation, the Collector shall by his award apportion the compensation between the co-sharers.
