Section 13(1) in The Bombay City (Inami and Special Tenures) Abolition and Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 1969
(1)An inamdarentitled to compensation under section 11 or a person entitled to compensation under section 12 may, in the prescribed form, and within the prescribed period, make an application to the Collector for determining the amount of compensation payable to him under section 11 or section 12.
