(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) and to such rules, as may be made in this behalf, a plan for any building in any municipal area, irrespective of the size of the plot or the number of storeys, may be prepared by an Architect.(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), -(a)A plan for any building having not more than three storeys, irrespective of the size of the plot in any municipal area, may also be prepared by an Engineer;(b)A plant for, -(i)A residential building on a plot of two hundred fifty square metres or less and having only one storey in the municipal area May also be prepared by a Surveyor or a Draughtsman
