Section 106(a) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(a)Stripping of formwork used in concreting work shall not commence unless and until the concrete on such formwork is full set, examined and certified to this effect by the responsible person and record of such examination and certification is maintained;
