Section 13 in Tamil Nadu Poisons (Regulation of Possession and Sale) Rules, 2015
13. Sale of Poisons.
(1)Every sale of poison, shall, as far as practicable, be made by the licensee in person or where the licensee is a firm or a company, through or under the supervision of an accredited representative of such Firm or Company.(2)A licensee shall store and sell the poisons, only from the premises specified in the license.
