Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Poisons (Regulation of Possession and Sale) Rules, 2015
(1)Every sale of poison, shall, as far as practicable, be made by the licensee in person or where the licensee is a firm or a company, through or under the supervision of an accredited representative of such Firm or Company.
