11. Resignation Chairman and Members.
(1)The Chairman of the Board may, by writing, under his hand addressed to the Government and delivered to the Director, resign his office.(2)A member may, by writing under his hand, addressed to the Government and delivered to the Chairman of the Board, resign his office.(3)A resignation under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Government.
