Section 15(1) in The U.P. Subordinate (Co-operative and Panchayat) Audit Service Rules, 1980
(1)On receipt of an intimation from the Chief Audit Officer regarding the number of vacancies to be filled by direct recruitment, the Commission shall advertise the vacancies and shall invite applications in the prescribed form to be obtained on payment from the Secretary to the Commission.
