(11)(i)The proceedings of the meeting of the Canteen Managing Committee shall be kept in a register and shall be produced for inspection whenever demanded by an Inspector.(ii)A copy of the proceedings of the meeting of the Canteen Managing Committee shall be forwarded to the Inspector and the Chief Inspector.
