Section 8(e) in The Revised Rules for the Award of Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship by the Government of Rajasthan to Rajasthani Students Studying in Sainik School, Chittorgarh
(e)If a scholarship holder discontinues his studies before completing his Higher Secondary Education at the Sainik School without any valid reason or be expelled from the school for any misbehavior shall be required to refund the entire amount of scholarship received by him.
