Section 97(2) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(2)When an accident which has been reported to the Inspector as "Minor" afterwards proves to be "Serious" the manager of a factory shall make the necessary correction in a supplementary report which shall be sent forthwith to the authorities mentioned in clauses (1), (2), (3) and (4) of rule 95.Rule prescribed under section 112.
