Section 10(1) in The Bihar Finance Service Rules, 1953
(1)A candidate must be of sound health, good physique and active habits and free from any physical defects likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties of a member of the Service. A candidate who is found after examination by a Medical Board not to satisfy these requirements shall not be selected for appointment.
