(4)Every application under sub-rule (3) shall be accompanied by -(a)the particulars of the Indian fishing boat in Form IV;(b)the original certificate of registry previously granted under subsection (4) of Section 435G of the Merchant Shipping Act 1958 or under any other law for the time being in force.]
