State of West Bengal - Subsection

Section 26(6)(a) in The West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1956.

(a)
(i)in Calcutta, a member of the Judicial Branch of the State Civil Service of not less than 5 years' standing in such service, and
(ii)elsewhere, a member of the Executive or the Judicial Branch of the State Civil Service, or of the State Junior Civil Service, or a Sub-Magistrate and Sub-Collector ; or
