Section 15(1) in The U.P. Lower Subordinate Forest Service Rules, 1980
(1)For the purpose of recruitment, there shall be constituted a Selection Committee comprising :(i)Appointing authority.(ii)Two officers not below the rank of Assistant Conservator of Forests to be nominated by the Conservator of Forest having jurisdiction.
