8. Removal of Managers.
(a) A Manager may be removed from office at any special general meeting of the Association, convened on the requisition of the Board, by a vote of the majority.of the apartment owners present and thereupon a successor shall be elected from among the apartment owners at that meeting. The Manager so elected shall remain in office for the residue of the term of the Manager on whose removal he has been elected.(b)Any other casual vacancy in the office of any elected Manager by resignation or death shall be filled up by the remaining Managers by cooption of a Manager within six weeks from the date of the vacancy. The Manager so co-opted shall retire at the next annual general meeting and the vacancy shall be filled up by election of a Manager for the remaining period of the term, if any, of the Manager in whose place the vacancy originally occurred.
