20. Budget estimates. -
(i)Whether the budget has been prepared by the district panchayat and duly passed in its meeting ?(ii)Has the Inspector scrutinized the budget and returned it with comments, if any ?(iii)Has the budget finally been passed by the district panchayat in its meeting duly incorporating the suggestion and remarks of the Inspector ?
