Section 38(1) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
(1)The Comptroller shall be responsible for maintaining the accounts under the following broad heads:-(a)Separate heads for each scheme or expenditure which is eligible for a block grant or a matching grant from the Government or other bodies.(b)Separate Heads for each Department or Unit.(c)For such other units as shall be decided by the Comptroller in consultation with the bodies/employees concerned.
