Section 1 in Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board Act, 1966
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Karnataka] [Adapted by the Karnataka adoptation of laws order 1973 w.e.f. 01.11.1973.] Secondary Education Examination Board Act, 1966.(2)It extends to the whole of the [State of Karnataka] [Adapted by the Karnataka adoptation of laws order 1973 w.e.f. 01.11.1973.].(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [Act came into force on 5.10.1966 by Notification No. ED 177 SMX 66 dated 1.10.1966.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
