CMP(M) No. 203 of 2022 In terms of report of the Registry, proposed legal representatives No. 1(a) to 1(d) stand served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf.
A perusal of the application demonstrates that neither death certificate of the deceased-respondent is appended therewith so as to infer the date of his death nor is there any certificate appended with the application in terms whereof it stands established that proposed legal representatives are indeed the legal representatives of deceased-respondent. In this view of the matter, this application is dismissed, with liberty to the applicants to move appropriate application, if so desired.
