Section 3(4) in The M.P. Janapada Panchayat Members (Travelling and other Allowances) Rules, 1995
(4)The members of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly who arc ex officio member of the Panchayat by virtue of the provision of the Act shall not be entitled to draw any allowances under these rules.
