(2)Publication of the scheme in newspaper and putting it up on Notice Board of the officers concerned:Apart from the publication in the Official Gazette, every such scheme prepared by the State Transport Undertaking shall be put on the Notice Boards of the offices of the State Transport Undertaking and the State Transport Authority and shall also be published in at least one daily newspaper in Hindi circulating in the area involved.
