Section 28 in The Orissa Pharmacists (Special Examination) Rules, 1962
28.
Any candidate detected in helping another or attempting to obtain unfair assistance, in answering a question in any subject of an examination shall be expelled from the examination and his name shall be removed from the list of candidates for the examination. No communication whatsoever between candidates while under examination will be allowed. Candidates are not permitted to have in their possession, while in the examination hall, any book, memorandum, pocket book, notes or papers whatsoever even if these are in no way connected with the subject under examination) except the question paper, the admit card and the books provided by the Committee for writing out the answers and a sheet of blotting paper. Candidates disregarding this caution are liable to the same penalty as those using unfair means.
