(a)A weekly report of rainfall, for the week ending on every Monday at 8-30 A.M. should be prepared by the Sadar Qanungo and despatched through the Collector, under "Express delivery post" not later than Wednesday morning, so as to reach the Board of Revenue latest on Friday morning at 8 A.M.
