Section 46 in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
46. Attendance at Meetings.
(1)At each meeting an attendance register shall be placed in the meeting room and every member present shall sign [against] [Substituted by G.N. of 2.8.1975.] his name in the register.(2)[Five members] [Substituted by G.N. of 21.11.1968.] including the President shall form a quorum.
