Section 80 in Manipur International University Act, 2018
80. Liability with respect to acts of students.
- Neither the University nor the Chancellor nor the Founder nor the Governing Board nor the Academic Council, nor any member of the Governing Board or Academic Council or any other committee, nor any appointee, faculty, officer or employee of the University, is liable by reason of any act or omission of them, or any of them, in respect of any activity of students or on account of any act or omission of any student or students, while not under the direction of the University or any officer or employee thereof.
