Section 1(3) in The Karnataka Professional Education Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) (Special Provisions) Act, 2011
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Karnataka Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Determination of Fee) Act, 2006 (Karnataka Act 8 of 2006), admissions and fixation of fee in an un-aided Private Professional Educational Institution for the academic years 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12 shall be governed by the provisions of this Act.
