(1)Notice for meetings of the Board shall be issued by the Member Secretary at least 15 (fifteen) days before each meeting. Members desirous of raising an item for discussion in the meeting shall send notice so as to reach the Member Secretary at least 7 (seven) days in advance and the item shall be taken up with the approval of the Chairman of the Board.
