( श्रीमती मार्ग्रेट आल्वा पीठासीन हुई) STATEMENT BY MINISTER Regarding price policy for copra for 2000 season and raw jute for 2000-2001 season. ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री (श्री सुन्दर लाल पटवा) : भारत सरकार ने २००० मौसम के लिए मिलिंग खोपरा की उचित औसत किस्म के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य ३२५० रुपये प्रति क्िंवटल तथा बाल खोपरा की उचित औसत किस्म के लिए ३५०० रुपये प्रति क्िंवटल निर्धारित किया है। इस प्रकार २००० मौसम के दौरान, गत मौसम के उनके अपने-अपने न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्यों में मिलिंग खोपरा के लिए १५० रुपये प्रति क्िंवटल तथा बाल खोपरा के लिए १७५ रुपये प्रति क्िंवटल की वृद्धि हुई। न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्यों में यह वृद्धि होने से खोपरा उत्पादकों द्वारा अधिक धन लगाने की तथा खोपरा की उत्पादकता तथा उत्पादन में वृद्धि होने की संभावना है। …( व्यवधान) SHRI P.C. श्री सुन्दर लाल पटवा : भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कृषि सहकारिता विपणन संघ, लमिटेड (नेफेड) खोपरा के लिए मूल्य समर्थन कार्य करने के लिए नोडल एजेंसी के रूप में कार्य करता रहेगा। भारत सरकार ने २०००-२००१ मौसम के दौरान असम की टी.डी.-५ किस्म के लिए कच्चे पटसन की उचित औसत किस्म हेतु न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य ७८५ रुपये प्रति क्िंवटल निर्धारित किया है। इस प्रकार गत मौसम के वभिन्न समर्थन मूल्यों की अपेक्षा वर्ष २०००-२००१ के दौरान न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्यों में ३५ रुपये प्रति क्िंवटल की वृद्धि हुई। कच्चे पटसन की अन्य किस्मों तथा श्रेणियों के लिए ऐसे ही न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्यों का निर्धारण सामान्य विपणन मूल्य अन्तरों को ध्यान में रखते हुए भारतीय पटसन आयुक्त, कपड़ा मंत्रालय द्वारा किया जायेगा। भारतीय पटसन निगम कच्चे पटसन के लिए मूल्य समर्थन कार्य करेगा तथा जब कभी समुचित धन की आवश्यकता होगी, उसे वह समय पर दे दिया जायेगा। ताकि वह अपने कार्यों को कारगर ढंग से कर सके। न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्यों में वृद्धि से किसानों को पटसन की खेती में ज्यादा धन लगाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने की प्रत्याशा है तथा इससे कच्चे पटसन के उत्पादन और उत्पादकता में वृद्धि आयेगी। SHRI P.C. Apart from the low price, there are a lot of diseases too.
