Section 331C(2) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
(2)The Ministries/Departments covered under the jurisdiction of each of the Standing Committees shall be as specified in the Fifth Schedule:Provided that the Chairperson, Rajya Sabha and the Speaker may alter the said Schedule from time to time in consultation with each other.
