Section 3(3) in Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994
(3)(a)Every application for registration or renewal of registration shall be accompanied by-(i)a fee of rupees five hundred only; and(ii)the requisite documents mentioned in Forms 1 and 2.(b)Every application for issue of duplicate certificate of registration shall be accompanied by-(i)a fee of rupees two hundred and fifty only; and(ii)the requisite documents mentioned in Form 1.
