Section 7(1) in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
(1)Control of accommodation rests with the Divisional Forest Officer in charge of the Forest Rest House. Persons requiring accommodation are advised to obtain reservation in advance from the concerned, authority. Proof of the reservation is indicated by production of the Divisional Forest Officer's order which is also Dated on the Forest Rest House Notice Board, ordinarily one suit room is reserved for each visitor.
