Section 43(6) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999
(6)Unless the Commission otherwise directs by general or special order, the persons exempted, whether by general exemption or by a specific exemption granted by the Commission, shall:(i)furnish to the Commission such information required for the purposes of the discharge of the functions of the Commission as the Commission may from time to time direct;(ii)comply with the provisions of the Act including the applicable provisions of the Indian Electricity Act, 1910, the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948, the Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, the Regulations of the Commission, technical codes such as Grid Code, Distribution Code, Standards of performance and Overall Standards of Performance or any other guidelines issued by the Commission ; and(iii)comply with any directions which the Commission may issue from time to time in regard to the charges which such persons may levy on the consumers taking into account the charges prevailing in the nearby area of supply of electricity supplied by a licensee;]
